Our Process

Every order of stationery takes place in three stages—beginning with your online purchase, followed by a collaboration with Deliver to personalize your designs, and ending with the production of your stationery. Below is a guide to help walk you through the wedding paper process to ensure everything runs simply and smoothly for your big day.

 

1– ORDER

Explore all three suites from The Collection to find your perfect match. Order your favorite items with your personalized selections to complement your unique wedding aesthetic.

2– CONTENT

Complete the wedding content form with all correct names, dates, and addresses for your selected stationery pieces. A link to the form will be sent in your order confirmation email.

 

3– DESIGN

Work closely with Deliver to perfect each personalized stationery piece through carefully placed typography and great attention to detail. Allow 1-2 weeks for collaboration.

4– PRODUCTION

Approve the digital proof once the designs are to your liking, moving stationery into production. Allow 2-4 weeks for production and 1 additional week for delivery.

Personalizing Your Stationery

When purchasing any stationery item, you’ll be asked to answer a few questions to begin personalizing your stationery. These selections, such as desired ink and paper color, are the foundation of your designs will help develop your unique stationery items. While there are customizable features available for every stationery item, the design details, typography combinations and overall layout are distinct features and therefore, we are unable to make modifications to these attributes in order to maintain the specific aesthetic of each piece.

Planning Your Order

Preparing Your Order
We know the world of engagement is an exciting time with lots of decisions to be made. With stationery, rest assured we will happily walk you through any questions you may have during the process. We do suggest establishing a wedding and stationery timeline and collecting all necessary content before placing your order(s). This ensures all details are taken care of and no information is left off. A link to our Wedding Content Form will be sent in your order confirmation email to help collect all necessary information, including a template for organizing and submitting your guest addresses, if applicable. We also suggest making a list of desired stationery pieces so orders can be scheduled logically and together, if necessary.

Scheduling Your Order
Fulfillment times vary depending on the type of item you’re ordering; non-personalized items require 1-2 weeks production and personalized items require 2-4 weeks production. Carefully review our process above to ensure our fulfillment timeline will meet your scheduling needs. Order schedules may always be expanded should you need more time for content collection or review.
